[Owasp-leaders] Outstanding effort

I wanted to take a second and point folks to the amazing job Ofer is doing
with his upcoming event in Israel and with the push for sponsors,
membership, and outreach in the area.  

Since the Summit in February, Ofer has joined the membership committee and
has proposed, modified, revised, resubmitted, had approved and has adopted a
new model for local membership that really works for his region.

Since February, Ofer has secured 3 corporate Supporters and no less than 8
