Leaders and GPC,

Following the great work done by Paulo over the last months (as you can see
by
http://globalprojectscommittee.wordpress.com/2010/11/18/owasp-projects-overview-last-4-months)
after speaking with Paulo and seeing the amount of work that he
currently
has in supporting new and existing projects, we (me and Paulo) decided that
for December 2010, Paulo will exclusively focus in setting up (and
operationalizing) the 'OWASP Project Review Process'.

This means that Paulo will not set-up new OWASP projects in December and
will not be able to provide the amazing level of (and detailed) email
responses that I know most of you are used to.

You can see the work already done on OWASP reviews in this page
http://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Project_Reviewers_Database#tab=Past_Reviews.2FReviewers(if
you want to only see the current active reviews see
http://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Reviews_Dashboard )

As you can see there is already a lot done on the path of creating a
workflow for OWASP reviews, but we still have not made it work.

So taking into account that we have 10k USD approved for OWASP Reviews
(called 'O Points') and the fact that we really need to have this working
before the next Summit, I've asked Paulo to focus on this in December so
that we finally have a working 'OWASP Review Process'.

I ask you to have some patience with Paulo in December, and if you have any
urgent issues please send the requests to me (Dinis), or GPC, but not to
Paulo (and if I don't reply, spam me until I do)

Dinis Cruz
