[Owasp-leaders] OWASP 2010 Membership Drive

I think Martin has a point. What is more important than membership is
the participation. At least for my chapter, I would measure success
buy how many people show up at meetings, rather than how many on the
mailing list or are paid members.

Just my thoughts.
