[Owasp-leaders] New OWASP around the world map

Leaders,

I have moved our current Map to a Wiki based map. This will allow everyone
to keep their chapter locations up to date. Please check it out and make
sure your chapter is on the map. If not, the syntax is simple, please ad
yourself.

We could use this for Conference history as well.

Use the following for each flag.

(O) OWASP Headquarters
(C) Chapters
(M) Conferences

Please keep the chapters and conferences organized.
