[Owasp-leaders] OWASP Bylaws

Guys wanted to point to the OWASP Foundation Inc., 501(3)c non-profit bylaws
that are currently under review for some adjustments including the addition
of the 6th seat on the OWASP Board.

Candidates should review this information start putting together the answer
to the question "why should owasp members vote for you"
