Kate, I'm sure things like that would be a good idea.  Probably the
best thing to do is to ship whatever you'd like to provide to Terri
Randolph at Cigital, and she'll take care of getting it there.  Or you
could have Jeff or Dave bring them that day - I'm sure that would work
as well.  And no, I have no idea how many attendees there will be.
