Awhile back, someone asked me a question about non-profit governance and
when I attempted to apply their thinking to OWASP, I didn't know the
answers and therefore figured that if someone here knew, that they could
create a Wiki page outlining it. So, here are some questions/thoughts:

1. Many boards seek out diversity amongst its board and tend to pursue
those with a variety of backgrounds from corporations, to those in
governments, to software vendors, to academia, to industry analysts,

2. Boards also tend to diversify along the lines of skillsets where they
may have backgrounds in legal, accounting, marketing, etc

3. For international organizations, boards attempt to diversify along
geographic lines?

4. Many boards have term limits in order to bring "fresh" thinking. Does
OWASP have term limits?
