I've had a look at Jarlsberg and the premise seems to be the same as DVWA.
DVWA looks a lot more comprehensive, from what I've heard. DVWA covers
buffer overflow and SQL injection attacks. Ryan Dewhurst, a fellow student
at Northumbria University made it, and I implore you all to check it out.
It's free open source software and can be downloaded at
http://www.dvwa.co.uk/. 

 

On an entirely unrelated note, I've been playing around with FreeBSD with
the aim of making a distro aimed at security professionals. I've not
released it yet, but it will be available at http://www.securitybsd.co.uk.
