Hi Paco,

Good feedback. Thank you very much. I know this project had few hickups
since Mike started it about a year ago. I have finally taken over and
dedicating a lot of time to move it further. As this is the first time, I am
managing such a large team for an open source project, I am also learning on
how to manage the whole project and how to keep everyone and the project on

Your feedback is very valuable to me to help me to move things in the right
direction. Without any disrespect to anyone, I had thought that people
working on the project already had clear understanding of what we are trying
to achieve and what needs to be done. But if it helps everyone to have clear
and concise directions to do things, then I am ready for that as well.

Everyone, please let me know if you have any other suggestions to make and I
am open to have a discussion on how to best approach things. I will try to
incorporate your suggestions as much as possible in ways that helps everyone
working on this project.
