[Owasp-guide] [GPC] Participating in the project

Hi Paulo,

Thank you very much. This all looks good for now. I'll have a discussion
with Anurag very soon to discuss how we can start working on the project and
decide on our priorities to move the project further.

Also thanks to everyone to support our (Both Anurag and me) decision to act
as project leads.
