[Owasp-guide] Participating in the project

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your opinions. I would really appreciate if more people expressed
their views.

Although I wouldn't want to rush to respond to Tom's views below, I would
say that if more than one people are happy to act as project leads, we
should give everyone an equal opportunity and let the leader emerge out of
the whole process. Also, If the whole process of acting as co-leads works
out well, all the leaders would be able to share the load equally through
careful planning and I am sure the project would definetely benefit from
this shared leadership.
