[OWASP-GUIDE] AES-128 in digest mode

Actually, the new version will be recommending just SHA 256 or better  
for this purpose until the new hashing algorithm competition finishes  

Using a symmetric encryption algorithm in a very particular way for  
hashing is a bit hard and non-standard.
