[OWASP-GUIDE] Draft chapters for OWASP Guide 2.x

Hi there,

Even if you're not finished, can everyone please submit what you have  
so I can update the CVS. My aim is to finish the editing for 2.1 by  
November, and having regular check in periods like this helps  
understand what is needed.
