[OWASP-GUIDE] Guide Chapter 10 Thoughts

If I remember correctly, renaming all the chapter files would require doing
cvs delete on the old files and cvs add on the re-named files, right?  That
sounds like a big pain for anyone that hasn't committed changes they've
made.
