[OWASP-GUIDE] Doing DocBook CVS from Windows

I had looked at this some time ago... I had not tried it with SSH.  Any
gotchas or tips?

BTW, I was unable to get Jalindi Igloo working, and just found it easier and
less time-consuming to re-install cygwin.
