Comienza la traducción del RC2 del OWASP Top 10!

La idea es que hagan un fork de  https://github.com/gerardocanedo/Top10 y
me encargo de consolidar la version en español.
Hay mucho que viene traducido de antes, y lo vamos a reuitlizar.
Es esperable que seamos muchos para traducir, así que si será valorado que
antes de traducir, avisen qué parte harán y para que fecha lo tendran ( max
1 semana).

Difúndanlo todo lo que deseen y quedo a las ordenes
