This looks like a byline article (or perhaps a column?). I'm surprised they
ran something which is a thinly veiled sales pitch - maybe this was a paid

In any case the way you generate those is to pitch them to the outlet. This
is not something we've done yet (it's very time consuming - generally you
pitch them one by one), but is certainly something we could look at.

Just saw this article:

How did (ISC)2 get such premium visibility with a blogger on ZDNet? Good job
(ISC)2 - and it's great to see OWASP in this coverage. But it understandably
spins a little bit towards (ISC)2. For example "At AppSec EU, there was
unanimous recognition from commercial organisations, application designers
and coders alike, on the importance of developing secure code... Recognising
this three years ago, (ISC)2 applied its experience of security professional
certification and education programmes... ".

OWASP has been applying its experience in application security for the last
10 years since 200*1*. There's an audience out there that doesn't know that,
and we can appeal to them! I would *love* for OWASP to have a voice that
reaches as wide an audience as a tech news magazine like ZDNet.

Any ideas how we can get this level of prominence?

Happy to help press forward with any initiatives (no pun intended).
