Codes of Conduct list members

Codes of Conduct is an unusual OWASP project in that it is more to do
with how to interact with OWASP, than be itself a direct mechanism for
improving security. The latter is intended as an effect though.

But the codes hardly ever change, and I am wondering if we should
retire the project and simply link to the documents from elsewhere in
the wiki.

What do people think? If people want it to remain as a project, what
can they contribute, and do they want to be project leader or
co-leader?
