Some groups take off the summer when attendance is light as well as
December which would leave the Jan-Feb-March-April-May, off
June-July-Aug, meet Sept-Oct-Nov, off Dec.
That makes 8 meetings a year, or you could reduce it even further,
perhaps not meeting in November or January.

Another item to note that is what we are trying to figure out the
appropriate frequency of each meeting. It seems that monthly may be too
frequent. What does everyone think?
