[Owasp-brazilian] [Owasp-portuguese] OWASP Top 10's Portuguese translation

For the Portuguese spoken people only,

Penso que seja de alguma relevância manter-se um bloco de notas com as
opções de tradução tidas em conta. Opções ou mesmo dúvidas.

Por exemplo, optei por traduzir *browser* por *navegador* e tendo anotado no
dito bloco de notas permito que os outros colaboradores saibam das opções
tomadas, não sendo estas de forma alguma vinculativas.
