          <span>Cigital: will pay for part of the business class ticket
            of our keynote</span><br>

          <span>We haven't opened registration yet so we don't have any
            figures for</span><br>
          <span>training or attendees. We are expecting 250 attendees,
            maybe more.</span><br>

          <span>Cost for venue is 0. We are also expecting to have 0 (or
            near 0) cost</span><br>
          <span>for mics, cameras, recording equipment and we might also
            have the</span><br>
          <span>possibility of live online coverage of talks.</span><br>

          <span>About catering, hotel etc please find attached a copy of
            the budget</span><br>
          <span>tool where you can see where we currently stand. We use
            2 different</span><br>
          <span>scenarios so please ignore scenario 3 which will be used
            in the future</span><br>
          <span>to depict the real money flow. We haven't committed to
            anything yet,</span><br>
          <span>we just have offers from various companies regarding
            accomodation and</span><br>
          <span>catering.</span><br>

          <span>Currently our biggest concern, as you know from your own
            experience,</span><br>
          <span>is sponsorship. We are working closely with the GCC and
            various OWASP</span><br>
          <span>leaders on this so we are optimistic. I believe that by
            the end of</span><br>
          <span>Ferbuary we will have more concrete details and thus a
            more realistic</span><br>
          <span>budget.</span><br>
