[Owasp-board] Permission to use the logo

Yes!  I just spoke to Ashley.  She would love it if others printed and used it too.  :)

She will be adding it to her GitHub and the license is the same one that OWASP uses.

I will ask if it’s okay to add to the Swag project as well.  :)
