[Owasp-board] MOTION: Bring in Scion Executive Search to Handle ED Search Process

OK, do any of those specialize in search for non-profits?  Can you please
inquire with those what the fees would be for a retained search?  That
would at least give us a baseline to tell if Scion's fees are reasonable.
