[Owasp-board] MOTION: Senior staff as Interim ED

Board members,

I propose in the lack of an ED that a senior member of the staff takes that
position if they agree. At least until we decide what to do next

This senior staff will have the full responsibility as an Interim ED, until
we can find a suitable candidate or decide if this member can actually take
the position if they agree.

So we can start working asap with him/her , including that member is
compensated just as an ED.
