I defer to Matt he or someone on the operations team posted them originally in 2016 December. Please consult with Matt Josh and let us know.
Personally I believe (2) offsite meetings Q1 and Q3 and then (2) 4hr virtual meetings are a much better use of time then monthly meetings to operate a global business like OWASP but that's not my choice to make, it is the chairs
Coaching football, attending basketball and activities of (4) kids myself I can appreciate the conflicts. Trying to get clarity on the save the date issue early for that exact reason so we can schedule life around commitments.
Please advise Matt/Johanna on this one and we can adapt

>> For your convenience they are also now posted on the OWASP Public calendar too on the front page of the organizational website.
>> Should anyone on the board have issue with the dates/times/places please address it as new business topic at the next scheduled meeting. Meetings continue to be open to the membership and public and employees will be asked for status reports that describe problems, plans and progress in advance.
>> Immediately following the public session there is a private portion of the meeting to address any topic that requires confidential discussion that typically include HR, Litigation and any other sensitive discussion as defined by the Chairman or 3rd party council. A quorum must be maintained during all proceedings from beginning to end, dropping during the scheduled timeframe of a virtual or face to face scheduled board meeting will be recorded as incomplete for attendance records
