OWASP calls out Builders, Breakers and Defenders without regard to age,
race, religion or sex. In addition to the outreach to WIA, please add to
the agenda a Veteran Meetup for AppSecUSA as a Foundation activity. At
past AppSec events OWASP has even collected donations for Wounded Warrior
Foundation unfortunately I do not see any of those activities this year on
the agenda but there is still time.

A simple rally point on the schedule is all that is needed and I would be
available to assist as both a veteran and a elected officer at OWASP.
Perhaps Thursday at the first coffee break could serve as a rally point
meet-up (simply add it to the agenda so people can find it and announce it
at kickoff with other announcements and updates. Thursday evening could
also serve as a rally point at the spy museum (all the history is military
related ironically http://www.spymuseum.org/about/history-mission/ and
very significant to our history and hosting county) With a call out to this
demographic to stand up and be recognized allows for additional networking
between security peers.

You will find in our attendees, members, sponsors, guest speakers,
keynotes, candidates for election and leaders both men and women veterans.

Thank you in advance for helping to make this happen. Please reach out to
further discuss 973-202-0122 for questions or support you need.
