All,

I just sent a note to the public lists after talking with Kate and
Tiffany.  I don't have much to add to that here.

I do want the staff to feel free to ask for help from me, anyone on the
board or Perlman & Perlman if this continues or escalates further.

I also want to thank you all for your work handling it thus far.  From what
I can tell, you did all the right things.  I'm very sorry for the
unpleasant distraction.

I will check back with Kate each morning this week to make sure we are
covered.
