[Owasp-board] New chair of OWASP board & roles

Hi dear all,

it is my great pleasure to announce that the OWASP Board has a new 
chair: Matt Konda.
According to our bylaws, the Board voted today in its first meeting of 
2016 on the new roles and elected Matt unanimously as the new chair.

Congratulations and all the best!

The newly elected roles on the board for 2016 will be:
Chair: Matt
Vice chair: Josh
Treasurer: Andrew
Secretary: Jim
Board member at large (Chapters): Michael
Board member at large (Projects): Tom
Board member at large (Governance): Tobias

We had many great success stories in 2015, lots of new chapters and 
community activities, strong project releases, amazing conferences, many 
new members and outreach. And I like to thank everyone in the community 
and my fellow board members for their great work and support in the past 
year and I am looking forward to an interesting and exciting new year of 
OWASP action in 2016.
