[Owasp-board] Board Meeting - Read Ahead

Paul,

Please indicate via email when when the "package" of reports have been
verified and are available for the January Board meeting for read ahead for
13-Jan-2016 7:00pm-8:00pm EST meeting.  Many appear to be missing as of
9-Jan-2016 from https://www.owasp.org/index.php/January_13,_2016

Also note that the Conference Managers report is inaccurate Item #1 item V
does not exist and the membership is missing the metric data.

Also please provide your HR report and recommendations to the board via
email.  We should handle that in executive session as related to HR items.
