No, we need the seed fund to cover the reservation of the Venue.
The SAMM/chapter donations are donated towards specific project workshops
at the summit.

Yep - but this takes time.
For example: I reached out to the 15 "richest" chapters in the last weeks,
but only got London to confirm so far.
Really looking for additional support/lobbying here: pls reach out to your
favorite project/chapter and have them donate some budget.

This is not a regular conference with a pre-defined program.
We will focus on Getting Things Done, Sprints and Workshops with active
collaboration with focus on AppSec at DevOps speed.
Check out https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Summit_2011 and
https://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_EU_Summit_2008 where a lot of
traction was created for OWASP and our community.
