I can't make it to AppSecCali, but Ed asked me to extend this invitation to
the other Board members.  They will not pay travel costs, however, so
you're on your own there.

Hi Josh,

Though your talk proposal got rejected for AppSecCali,

Would you still be willing to give a 20-25 minute "State of OWASP"
presentation before the opening keynote? Basically, any OWASP overview from
high level (e.g., structure, key projects, events around the world, etc.)
will do -- format and content of the presentation is totally up to you.

Let me know ASAP if you are interested, please.
