[Owasp-board] Committee for Brand Guidelines

Dear Board,

In July you okay-ed a committee to handle the brand guide lines. I did not
immediately understand how to do this.  As I had still not been with OWASP
an entire month I did not understand that it had been okay-ed or that we
had the Committees 2.0 structure to implement it I set about trying to
reinvent the wheel.  Unfortunately, I had committed to the error of
functional fixedness for way too long.  This month, however I recognized my
error and took immediate steps to correct it.  Today the call for committee
members will be going out.
