Board and Paul,
As case # 00006860 contains no notice of a request for an appeal or
substantiation of such a request, I have informed Christian that we are
unable to process it any further. In my opinion, the case can be closed
pending any additional information.

The contents of case # 00006860 has been forwarded to the Board, but
contains no notice of a request for an appeal or substantiation of such a
request. It is only a copy of the text that I sent you with no additional
verbiage. With no information provided, the Board unable to process it any
further and the case will be closed.
