[Owasp-board] OWASP Board meeting agenda: your topics please

I am fine with that.  I cannot do it after the Board meeting, I coach two
soccer games on Wednesday night.  The 9 AM on 11/11 conflicts with the 1:1
with Paul, but I am fine with that as well if easier for others to make.
