[Owasp-board] Motion to approve proposal 5

I would like to motion that we approve proposal 5 of the funding initiative
discussed at the last Board meeting.  The exact wording is as follows:

*All requests for funding, who proposed the request, relevant discussions,
votes around funding, and request approval/denial are a matter of public
record and must be put in a public location that is easily accessible to
the OWASP community.*

Do I hear a second?
