Dear fellow board members, dear community members, dear team,

please note that the next board meeting will be next week.

All board meetings are open.
Please send proposals to the board list and add them to the Wiki.

*1. Also, please submit proposals at least 3 working days before the 
meeting (i.e. Friday Oct**-**9 EoB), so people have enough time to read 
and properly prepare for our meeting and we can be more effective.

2. And please for all board members: if possible, please read the 
operations reports beforehand, so we can focus on specific elements that 
Paul wants us to pay special attention to.
