[Owasp-board] Harassment Prevention Traning

Board and Staff,

I wanted to report that I completed the required board/supervisor 
harassment training from insperity. I attached my test scores and 
completion document.

I found this to be very valuable and I learned several things along the way.

I would encourage the foundation to make this training available to all 
OWASP leaders.
