[Owasp-board] Events Management Role & Responsibility

Hello Everyone:

Now that Laura is back from leave, I want to clarify roles &
responsibilities in the Event Management area for Laura, Carol and the rest
of the team.  As our events get larger, and more diverse on a global scale,
we need to leverage all resources and keep communicating as a team since we
are all dependent on each other to produce successful events.

*AppSec-EU Amsterdam* - Carol has the lead role here to project manage
activities leading up to the event.  Carol will be attending in Amsterdam
and she will be the primary contact working with Martin, his planning team,
and the venue.
Laura will be supporting Carol in these final couple weeks with all her
experience and knowledge about past AppSec events.  The two of them will
focus on checking and double-checking all outstanding items to ensure a
smooth and successful event.
Carol will retain responsibility for all post-event reporting and
resolutions, with support as needed from Laura and the rest of the staff.

*LATAM Tour* - I have asked Laura to step in and take an active role
working with Fabio and Andrea on all post-event activities including
financial reporting, attendance, and 'Lessons Learned' reporting.
Andrea will continue working with us through mid-May to finalize the
details and post-event activities at each location.
Laura will be leading & coordinating input from Andrea & Fabio to ensure we
have post-event reports complete and ready for Board review during the May
22 Board meeting.

*AppSec-US San Francisco*.  Laura is our lead Event manager on this
project.  Carol will continue to support Laura and Michael's planning team,
especially since this is a very large event and may need more than 1 person
to cover all the logistics.  Carol will work under Laura's direction for
this event.

*AppSec-EU 2016*.  I have asked Laura to take leadership of this event and
work with Matteo to get the initial planning and budgeting confirmed.

*Other Regional / Local Events & Tours* - Laura will continue to function
as our lead Event Manager for these events.  She will ask for support as
needed from Carol, staff or other community members.

If you have any questions or specific events that may need dedicated
support, please let us know.
