[Owasp-board] Approval to invite speakers to the project summit

Hi Michael

I understood that you need to give approval to Laura to handle the
speaker's list to Claudia so we can invite them to the project summit.

Let us know if you agree, so we can start inviting the speakers to join us
into open sessions for the summit

This off course will be done when we have a defined agenda
 for the summit

The idea is to have open sessions to discuss the actual direction of
security with these leaders and exchange ideas and feedback regarding the
actual projects.

The invited speakers are free to join a session at certain time and leave
at anytime they desire. We had also speakers during the last project summit
in EU , joining freely and leaving when they exchanged ideas.
