[Owasp-board] OWASP Benchmark Project Vote Request

I would like to trigger a request for a board vote.

I vote that the OWASP Benchmark Project be immediately demoted to 
"incubator" status. The reason being is that the leader of the project 
has a conflict of interest as one of the main owners of Contrast and 
Contrast has been using the project in advertising that abuses the OWASP 
Brand ("OWASP Endorses...").

Do I have a second? Discussion?
