[Owasp-board] OWASP Summer of Code Sprint Proposal

Kostas,

thank you for your feedback.
I am not sure about what are useful ranges for the pay per project.
You and other have more experience with student projects.
Can you advise? In your recommendations what would be a reasonable lower 
end of the pay per slot?
