[Owasp-board] Question about AppSec regulations

Martin,

There is a profit goal associated with each of OWASP's conferences.  As
long as AppSecEU takes this goal into account when making plans to pay for
speaker expenses, I am in support of whatever option the team favors.  My
$0.02.
