[Owasp-board] Required Board Reading

I like the Blue Avocado's Board Cafe newsletters. Focus is nonprofit, volunteer engagement, governance, handling internal issues, etc. (http://www.blueavocado.org/category/topic/board-cafe). 

PwC has Board Center that deals more with fiscal issues and audits. It is corporate focused but interesting. You can get it in iOS and Android app stores.
