[Owasp-board] Ning Renewal

The OWASP Austin is the prime user of it and they donated $10,000 to the
Foundation not too long ago.  Seems a bit petty to go to them for $600
after that donation, but if others feel the same way, I guess I'll ask Kyle
about it.
