The Ireland chapter have had no issue with spending our (limited) cash for years. Welcome to the fold.
This is money well spent.

Not sure where is the best place to highlight (leaders list? connector?), but getting that out there might encourage other chapters to do the same. Maybe, the operational team would even want to create a scoreboard that tracks chapter donations/fundraising for the Foundation? Just thinking out loud here.

This is in line with the anticipated chapter expenses for 2014 (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvT-pO73uMbPdEI1QWNLdEQ5UlhaRXEyNTJpSC1ZdUE&usp=sharing) and should hopefully help the Foundation to accomplish some bigger picture goals. Thank you for everything you do.

I'm not sure we ever got the official calculation of profits from LASCON 2013 or noticed the total added to the chapter funds which made it hard to determine what amount we wanted to go to the chapter vs the foundation. Can you please tell us, inclusive of the current funds and this $14702.52, how much money the OWASP Austin Chapter currently has in it's account? My thought would be to donate anything over $15-20k'ish back to the Foundation, but I think that decision ultimately falls to Kyle based on anticipated expenses for the upcoming year.
