[Owasp-board] Agenda for Board meeting at AppSecEU - June 27 - agenda item proposals and attendance information of board members

Dear fellow board members, dear Sarah, 

in preparation for our board meeting in Cambridge on June-27, I would
like to *invite all topics for discussion* so we can prepare an agenda.

Furthermore, please let me know whether *you will be attending in person
or remotely and any time constraints tha**t you may have*. (E.g. members
in US may only be able to dial-in in the afternoon.)

My current plan is to use the morning time more for a exploratory and
workshop style meeting (one of the topics could be committee 2.0), while
allowing the afternoon for more people to dial-in from US and provide
feedback and we can further refine the proposals.

I propose to put financial reporting also at the beginning of the day as
they are mostly informational in nature and do not require a direct
action from the board.
