[Owasp-board] QA project updates

Yes Kevin, ESAPI Java for sure.

I'll be testing Java Esapi in the coming week.

And actually I really feel bad that projects as C++, C and Classic ASP
among others are not being develop anymore because after looking at the
amount of code I can see there has been some very serious efforts made to
produce such tools.
