[Owasp-board] QA project updates

As a first update on my activities this week, I'm sending you my first

Conclusion
>From the ESAPI libraries tested so far, Esapi Java and Esapi C++ are the
only ones that pass roughly the Health Criteria. I sent individual email to
those project leaders to verify inactivity. .NET has been confirmed as an
inactive ESAPI project from the project leader
