[Owasp-board] 2014 Welcome Letter

On a general level, we partner with non-profits, and we invite
supporters from everywhere through members and commercial organisations,
e.g. companies as corporate members and sponsors.

And I agree, that commercial "partnerships" need to be communicated to
the board.
