[Owasp-board] Membership Policy and "Open"

Hi all,
I do not think we need or should change the mission statement.
OWASP is free and open. The fact that we have a code of conduct and
expect people to follow it, i.e. the fact that we enforce it if people
don't, does not conflict with our overall mission statement.
